All cancellations of registration must be made in writing to the TIME 2006 Secretariat. Refund for cancellations of registration will be made after the Mart and subject to the following deadlines and charges.
- By June 30, 2006 : Entitled to 50% refund
- After June 30, 2006 : No Refund
